We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judged signed court appointments in legal document delivery.Ideal candidates include:Experienced Process Servers Current or Former Law Enforcement ProfessionalsKey ResponsibilitiesMake diligent service attempts:Up to 5 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completionUtilize ProVest's mobile applications to:Upload photo evidence of addressesSubmit detailed attempt notesRecord service or non-service outcomesRequirementsReliable transportationPerc Card Valid driver's licenseActive auto insuranceSmartphone with ability to run mobile applicationsStrong communication and documentation skillsCommitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail
