Job Description Utility - Arbuckle, CA This is a full-time, hourly position. Position Summary: * This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Utility II in Packaging department of Rice Mill. Job Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to: * Assist Leadperson in all duties, maintain running of machinery * Must have good math skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and mechanical abilities * Good attendance * Not afraid of heights * Can work overtime each day * Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures * Assist in completing JSA's * Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures. * Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values * Ability to manage a diverse team * Able to communicate with all levels of the organization * Knowledge of common hand and power tools * Must speak, read, write and understand English. Bilingual is a plus. Physical Requirements: * Walking and/or standing for extended periods of time * Working in environments at varying temperatures and noise levels ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
