Pridestaff is currently seeking a 1st Shift Press Helper/Front Loader for a plastics manufacturing company located in Ontario, CA. This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity with opportunity for growth! Please see job requirements below to be considered.Pay rate: $18-$19Shift: 5am to 5pm (A or C rotating shift; will be working every other weekend) 4/3 schedule (over time paid on 4, 10 schedule or after 10 hours)Position Summary: Responsible for helping the Machine Operators or assisting in machine tending/packing products. Essential Duties: Maintains inventory of finished goods and production support materials Maintains all aspects of housekeeping according to plan policies and procedures Ships raw and finished goods to appropriate locationsAssist maintenance with machine repairs and preventative maintenanceResponsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operation is consistent with the policies and procedures that me up the Quality System Continuously improve the process as an individual and as a team memberEnsures work are is kept clean according to facility/corporate standards. Ensure all environmental standards and requirements are metAdhere all GMPs, compliance/regulatory mandates and quality requirements. Qualifications: Must have recent experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Must have at least 6 months of relating machine tending or operation experience. Must be able to lift, stand, walk, lift, and pull throughout the shift.Must be willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check prior to start. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.Client requires a resume and interview. Client also requires 2 positive work references.
