Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Minor repair of electric, plumbing, carpentry. General lawn care, mowing with push mower, tractor, weed eater, hedger and edger. Must ensure that all lawn equipment is in operating condition on a daily basis. Other duties range from changing lights, adjusting temperature, moving and assembling furniture, and painting. Perform janitorial work when needed. Keep accurate records of daily work. Must adhere to all applicable safety rules and regulations. Must perform any and all other duties as assigned.
