Job DescriptionService & Parts ManagerWho: A hands-on leader with experience managing service operations and spare parts logistics.What: Oversee service delivery, after-sales support, and spare parts inventory to maximize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.When: Position available immediately.Where: Based in the Atlanta metropolitan area.Why: To improve service performance, ensure parts availability, and strengthen customer retention.Office Environment: Professional and collaborative setting with cross-functional teamwork and leadership responsibilities.Salary: Up to $100k plus 10% bonusPosition Overview:The Service & Parts Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of service operations and spare parts management, ensuring responsive after-sales support and optimal parts availability. This role focuses on improving customer satisfaction, streamlining service workflows, and ensuring efficient parts logistics.Key Responsibilities:Manage after-sales service operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionLead the spare parts department including inventory management, procurement, and distributionDevelop and implement service KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in response times and service qualityCollaborate with suppliers and internal departments to forecast demand and optimize stock levelsMaintain compliance with service standards, safety regulations, and company policiesSupervise, train, and motivate service technicians and parts personnelDrive cost-effective practices in both service and parts departmentsSupport reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives related to service and partsQualifications:Proven experience in service management and spare parts operationsStrong knowledge of inventory control, vendor relations, and customer service best practicesDemonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive performance in a team environmentEffective communication and organizational skillsTechnical aptitude and familiarity with service-related systems and toolsBachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field (technical degree or certifications a plus)
