The City of New London, Minnesota is looking for a motivated, energetic individual to work as a full-time City Administrator. Under limited direction, the City Administrator plans and directs all City operations in line with the objectives and guidelines established by the City Council, including financial and administrative functions, personnel management, planning, public works operations, ambulance and fire protection; exercise general and administrative supervision over all City employees either directly or through subordinate supervisors; and coordinates, legal, building and policing activities through contracts. In addition, the City Administrator is responsible for advising the City Council regarding the impact of policy decisions and representing the interest of the City in local, county, and state activities as directed by the City Council.
