Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Burlington, Washington. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in managing full-cycle accounts payable processes and handling high-volume transactions. Responsibilities: - Process high-volume accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately. - Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, approvals, and payments. - Conduct weekly check runs and ensure timely disbursement of funds. - Utilize Caselle ERP software to manage and track financial data. - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. - Prepare and handle utility billing to ensure accurate record-keeping. - Generate financial reports and maintain organized records using Microsoft Excel. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks related to accounts payable as needed. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role. - Proficiency in full-cycle accounts payable processes, including invoice management and payment processing. - Hands-on experience with Caselle ERP software. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management. - Ability to handle high-volume transactions with accuracy and attention to detail. - Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies and manage vendor relationships. - Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines. - Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
