Title: Social Media CoordinatorReports to: Director of Marketing OperationsGeneral Description of Responsibilities:Working under the Director of Marketing Operations, the Social Media Coordinator is responsible for overseeing Crossway's presence on various organic social media platforms.Specific Responsibilities:Work with the Director of Marketing Operations to regularly refine and implement an organic social media strategy for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Threads, and YouTube.Plan, draft, and schedule all organic social media posts, and respond to relevant comments and questions from users per established guidelines.As necessary, work with the Creative Department to coordinate the creation of digital graphics specifically for social media, including product photography, quote-images, video clips, and animated GIFs.Regularly post and monitor traffic on Crossway's various YouTube channels. Stay up to date and monitor social media channels for industry trends as well as propose new ideas for marketing Crossway resources more effectively on social media.Research audience preferences and discover insights to help engage and grow Crossway's followers on individual platforms.Engage and collaborate with a high level of professionalism with Crossway partners on various social media channelsWrite engaging and effective copy for organic social media posts designed to increase key metrics and maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels.Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director of Marketing Operations and VP of Marketing and Communications.
