Give us a call at 865-444-6449 and/or apply directly to this posting for immediate consideration!Responsibilities of Shipping Small Parcel Picker / Packer Associate:Read store orders from a tablet or paper which will include: item locations, descriptions, and quantity needed.Select the needed pieces of merchandise and place them into a tote or box.Move totes or boxes of merchandise (up to 20-45 pounds regularly and 45-75 pounds occasionally) utilizing safe lifting techniques.Maintain a high level of accuracy for merchandise selected.Work efficiently and effectively on pick lines with 10 or more other employees.Maintain 100% or greater to performance standards.Maintain cleanliness of work zones at the end of each shift.Requirements of Shipping Small Parcel Picker / Packer Associate:High school diploma or GED equivalentMust be willing to submit to a background and drug screenRegular and reliable attendanceMinimum 1 year warehouse experienceAbility to lift up to 20-45 lbs regularly and 45 -75 lbs occasionallyBenefits of working with PrideStaff:Medical, Rx, and Wellness BenefitsDental and Vision Plan OptionsShort-term Disability401(k) Retirement PlanHoliday PayInterested in this position, give us a call at 865-444-6449.Join Us!
