Food and Beverage Manager Location: Marriott Anchorage Downtown Job Description The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department in a restaurant or hotel. The manager will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the financial performance of the department.
