Title:               Maintenance Supervisor Location:       Lincoln, NE 68502, USA Duration:       0-8 Months Shift:              2nd Shift 2:00PM – 11:00PM Pay Rate:       $31.00/Hour Job Duties / Responsibilities: Lead and motivate maintenance teams while providing leadership coverage across all departments Support production by stepping in for supervisors as needed and managing maintenance projects Develop and maintain work plans to improve plant equipment reliability Foster a culture of inclusion, continuity, and continuous improvement across departments Direct, train, and develop maintenance team members for assigned areas and shifts Diagnose maintenance issues using problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques Drive efficiency by identifying and resolving equipment and maintenance challenges Identify and eliminate cost and waste using LEAN manufacturing principles Implement, document, and promote maintenance and reliability best practices Ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Qualifications / Requirements Education High school diploma or GED with related work experience Experience Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing environment Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams Experience working across multiple shifts and departments Ability to work any shift based on business needs Skills Strong technical aptitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) General computer competency Experience using SAP software Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with employees at all organizational levels
