Position SummaryThe Dispatch / Inside Sales Associate will communicate daily with customers and drivers. This individual will be responsible for monitoring on-time pickup/delivery of equipment. The Dispatcher serves as the main point-of-contact for company drivers.Duties & Responsibilities:Take incoming sales call and provide industry leading customer service.Dispatch cranes for incoming and outgoing deliveriesCrane knowledge, logistics & load chart knowledge a plusFamiliar with DOT oversize/overweight permitsMicrosoft Office skills experience: Excel, Word, Adobe and OutlookMaintain and manage customer contact lists to include future follow up to grow revenue.Ability to work individually in a fast-paced environmentUses consistent business processes to achieve desired resultsDevelop and maintain customer relationships.Work with outside sales force to gain new customers.Work with outside sales force to maintain and grow existing customers.Execute specific sales initiatives as they are developed.RequirementsQualifications & Skills:Proficient with Microsoft 365 including Microsoft Word and Excel.Exceptional relationship-building skillsStrong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong customer service communication skillsDetail-oriented professional with good judgmentAbility to multitask and remain organizedStrong customer service communicationVisual Dispatch/Rentalman experience a plusFamiliar with 3D Lift PlanEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentBachelor's Degree preferred or relevant experienceLicense & CertificationValid Driver's LicenseWorking Conditions:Work is performed in an office environment, equipment shop environment, or job site. Noise, fumes, and chemicals associated with a shop environment is expected. Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to climb on and off heavy mobile equipment safelyRegular and predictable attendance is requiredTravel RequirementsNone or infrequent
