Are you organized, customer service focused and ready to take on the challenges of our new Administrative Assistant I role in the Student Health and Wellness Center (SHAW)? Then Grinnell College is looking for you. The Administrative Assistant I supports daily operations by completing various front-office and other administrative tasks. You will be managing student traffic flow, facilitating appointments of SHAW leadership, supporting counseling and nursing staff through coordination of day-to-day operations. You may be asked to assess intake needs for appointment scheduling, and utilizing screening tools to help ascertain appointment urgency in consultation with SHAW professionals.
