Job Title

Seekingf a mechnically inclined machine operator to run digital book printing equipment. This is a third shift position. Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor Magnum equipment for production runs.Review job tickets and verify specifications before starting production.Perform machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.Troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues and escalate as needed.Maintain accurate production and downtime records.Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on equipment.Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.RequirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Prior experience operating printing or production equipment preferred.Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Ability to read job tickets and production specifications.Strong attention to detail and quality control.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods (entire shift).Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion.Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment.Work EnvironmentProduction facility environment with exposure to noise, moving machinery, and printing materials.Overnight shift hours: 10:00 or 11:00 PM start; 6:00 or 7:00 AM end.Overtime may be required based on production needs.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
