Join a team that puts people first. As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Luck Companies, you'll be a trusted advisor and front-line resource for associates and managers across our organization. Your role is all about building strong relationships, supporting a values-driven culture, and delivering hands-on HR support that makes a difference.What You'll Do:Associate Experience & Culture Champion (50%)Serve as the go-to HR partner for associate support and workplace concerns in our Northern Region across multiple sites.
