Job Description Roles: UX Writer / Technical Writer Location: Vancouver, Washington Salary : 75k-80K/year Job Summary The Print Design team is looking for a motivated UX or Technical Writer to help craft clear, engaging content for digital interfaces including apps, desktop software, device displays, and web portals. This role is a great fit for someone with strong writing skills who s eager to grow in the field of UX and UI writing. A background in technical writing or product development would be highly applicable to this role. We welcome applicants who are excited to learn and collaborate. Years of experience needed 2+4 years of experience Technical Skills: Write and manage UI copy for printer applications, CRM content, web pages and portals, and other customer-facing touchpoints Focus on making complex and technical topics simple and approachable for all audiences Create error-free content that reflects the brand voice and tone and adheres to Client writing style guides Collaborate with design teammates, Supplies, legal partners, firmware and software engineers, and development teams to produce and deliver a variety of digital messaging pieces Manage multiple versions of a message, with variations by product type, firmware platform, and user touchpoint Work on multiple projects simultaneously Collaborate with other writers to advance our overall content strategy Interview various stakeholders to distill business and strategic requirements into concise messaging Certification: A bachelor s degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, or a related field 0-3 years of experience in UX writing technical writing, copywriting, or content creation.
