Job DescriptionThe Team: The Seasonal Client Relations Center team supports all aspects of the business, overseeing content and ensuring seamless omnichannel service. We provide expert support for client inquiries via phone, email and live chat working closely with US flagship boutiques to enhance the customer experience.The Opportunity: As the Seasonal Client Relations Center Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping the eCommerce department's strategy, serving as the primary point of contact for both and flagship boutique clients via phone, email and live chat. You will uphold exceptional customer service standards, ensuring an elevated client experience in every interaction.This is an onsite position based at our New York, NY Corporate Office.The seasonal position begins in early May 4, 2026 and will go through July 31, 2026.About the Role: Answer phone, email and live chat inquiries while demonstrating impeccable communication skills, both verbal and writtenDisplay and implement product knowledge, while conveying the Hermès style, values, and visionFollow-up and resolve all client issues and inquiries in a timely mannerRespond to client voicemailsPlace online orders and follow-up on pending ordersResolve delivery issues related to e-Commerce ordersCollaborate with internal partners to ensure resolution and exceed client expectationsAdapt well in a fast-paced environment, being flexible and resilient while handling all situations with graciousnessMaintain confidentiality and company policies for data protection and securityAdhere to all Hermès policy & procedures relative to role and responsibilitiesUphold high client expectations in every interactionOffer tailored solutions and recommendations to customersMaintain a sophisticated and professional tone in all interactionsPossess deep knowledge of luxury goods or servicesAddress concerns efficiently while maintaining brand integrityFoster long-term customer loyalty through exceptional serviceAll other duties as assigned by supervisorSupervisory Responsibility: NOBudget Responsibility: NODecision Making Responsibility: NOAbout You: Open availability, Monday through Sunday, with flexibility to meet business needs1-2 years' experience in a call center or customer service role, including hands-on internshipsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end customer serviceAbility to manage complex requests with professionalism and discretionFamiliarity with CRM systems and call center softwareKnowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordTeam-oriented, assisting peers, mentoring new members, and sharing knowledgeProactive in identifying potential issues and implementing solutionsActively seeks feedback for continuous improvementAbility to exercise sound judgmentStrong multitasking and problem-solving capabilitiesHigh level of attention to detail to ensure service excellenceMultilingual skills are a plusSeasonals are paid an hourly rate of US $21.00.
