We offer competitive benefits, hybrid work schedules, new challenges, and learning experiences.Job DetailsPosition Summary:MarshBerry is currently seeking a Marketing Director for our Beachwood, OH HQ.Our Marketing Director will work a hybrid schedule, working out of our Ohio HQ Monday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on Friday's. Come join our team!The Marketing Director is responsible for driving growth for assigned lines of business through integrated, performance-driven campaigns. The Marketing Director will develop, manage, and execute campaigns to achieve growth objectives for MarshBerry's service offerings. The Marketing Director will serve as the primary liaison for our Investment Banking colleagues and will support additional lines of business, specifically when requesting lead generation support.Responsibilities:Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segment audiences to generate leads, acquire new clients for all lines of business and to promote prospecting events.Develop campaign strategies that combine paid, owned, and earned channels to drive measurable business impact.Own content deployment calendars and ensure outreach across key market segments is well-timed and audiences are not over-reached.Define success metrics and KPIs for each campaign and line of business.Use insights and performance data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and conversion.Work closely with SVP on digital and non-digital channel performance as it relates to campaign and business objectives (e.g., paid media, website, email, SEO).Drive test-and-learn approaches within campaigns to improve outcomes.Ensure channels are orchestrated cohesively to deliver consistent messaging and customer experiences.Write, edit and proofread copy for marketing campaigns and prospecting events and ensure it is accurate and error-free.Manage the overall campaign calendar, execution and development of the campaign plan, end-to-end delivery of campaigns, measurement and analytics to ensure campaigns are achieving anticipated results. Serve as main client liaison with regular status meetings and weekly reports on projects, metrics and other updates as needed.Review processes to ensure regulatory requirements are met.Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with potential internal/external clients, partners and stakeholders that can directly or indirectly lead to revenue generation for all MarshBerry services.Other special projects, tasks, or duties as assigned.Selection CriteriaEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing or related fields8-10+ years of experience in strategic growth marketingDemonstrated experience owning marketing outcomes for specific lines of business, products, or segmentsStrong background in integrated campaign strategy, planning and executionProven ability to partner with business and sales leadersData-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performanceExperience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot (or similar campaign tools) with data segmentation, measurement and optimization experience, using the tools to build and deliver campaigns.Excellent written and communication skills; ability to frequently write copy for marketing promotions.Excellent project management skills; confidence managing up and coordinating teams with a good understanding of project management tools and concepts.Strong understanding of the marketing campaign process and best practices.Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.Ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Working at MarshBerryWho We Are:MarshBerry practices The Collaborative Way which encourages employees to adhere to these five principles: listening generously, speaking straight, being for each other, acknowledgement & appreciation, and honoring commitments.
