The Marketing & Communications Assistant supports the Marketing & Communications team in executing marketing initiatives, coordinating projects and maintaining brand resources. This role plays an important part in keeping marketing operations organized and efficient by assisting with promotional programs, printed materials, content support, events and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.Hourly wage: $24 per hour Essential Functions:Marketing Operations & Project CoordinationSupport the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media and internal communication channels.Assist with coordinating marketing projects and tracking timelines to help ensure deadlines are met.Help maintain organized marketing files, digital assets and brand resources.Assist with reporting on campaign and social media metrics.Promotional Items & Brand SupportCoordinate promotional item orders including sourcing, vendor communication, quotes, production schedules and delivery.Manage decal orders for company fleet vehicles, including vendor coordination and scheduling.Maintain inventory of promotional items and branded materials.Printed Materials & CollateralMaintain inventory of brochures, flyers, forms and other sales and marketing collateral.Coordinate reorders with print vendors, including pricing, proofs and delivery timelines.Ensure materials remain current, accurate and aligned with brand standards.Maintain the Marketing Materials Digital Library on The Hub. Content & Communications SupportAssist with drafting and editing marketing materials including social media posts, internal communications, videos, marketing flyers and email templates.Gather and organize content for internal communications, case studies and customer stories.Assist with employee engagement posts and scheduling on social media platforms.Capture and edit video and photos at company events, customer sites and internal.Help maintain the Marketing & Communications department page on The Hub and provide backup support as needed.Events & Sales SupportAssist with event planning including trade shows, open houses and customer events.Coordinate event materials, promotional items and logistical needs.Support the sales team by organizing marketing materials, presentations and branded templates.Assist with requests for collateral, promotional items and brand assets. Administrative SupportMaintain marketing inventories and track supply levels for printed materials and promotional items.Support vendor coordination and general marketing administrative tasks.Assist with uniform order coordination when needed.
