This is a full-time, Non-Exempt role based out of Pleasant Hill. The pay range is $20- $25/ hourDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist partners with Billing support (reviewing WIP, creating invoices, emailing invoices). Training will be provided.Assist partners with scheduling and email managementAssist with files deadlines and project managementAssist with login proceduresAssist with scheduling of appointmentsQUALIFICATIONS:A Bachelor's degree (Accounting Preferred)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & Ability to work well with othersExcellent written, verbal, and listening communication skillsExcellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office1-2 years of experienceBENEFITSWe value our associates' time and effort.
