Under minimal supervision, BMET III's will provide expert-level experience in the repair, calibration, and maintenance of medical equipment. BMET III's are expected to be proficient in CMMS equipment data reporting and management. * If no CBET certification at time of hire, must obtain certification within 1-year of hire. Qualifications What's Required * Associate's degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology or Electronics Technology or military trained in biomedical equipment service * 4 years experience in healthcare biomedical equipment repair and calibration * Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET) - Must be from the International Certification Commission *If no CBET certification at time of hire, must obtain certification within 1-year of hire.
