HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry in Fargo, ND!Salary: $80,000-$90,000 + 5% target bonusShift: 1st ShiftLocation: Fargo, NDBenefits: Full benefits packageAbout the RoleThis role leads daily maintenance operations at a high-volume food manufacturing facility, focusing on preventative maintenance execution, equipment reliability, and technician development.Job ResponsibilitiesAssign and prioritize daily maintenance work orders and oversee pass-down activitiesDrive predictive and preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtimeMonitor maintenance work to ensure safe and efficient operationsCoach, mentor, train, and develop maintenance techniciansComplete supervisory duties including timekeeping review and performance evaluationsSupport troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance as neededUse CMMS and planning tools to define labor, parts, and job scopeCoordinate maintenance during washes, planned downtime, and shutdownsSupport root cause analysis for equipment failuresPartner with inventory teams to maintain spare parts and MRO suppliesAssist with capital projects and special maintenance initiativesMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentationQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required5+ years of maintenance technical experience in manufacturing2+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience, union experience requiredDairy or Food & Beverage manufacturing experience requiredExperience with high-speed fillers and blow mold equipment preferredStrong electrical background including motor controls up to 480V, 3-phaseTarget experience mix of approximately 60 percent electrical and 40 percent mechanicalPLC experience required, Allen-Bradley experience strongly preferred; programming a plusCMMS and preventative maintenance system experience requiredAmmonia refrigeration experience highly desiredHVAC and boiler experience highly desiredWastewater or environmental systems exposure a plus
