This role isn't just about operating a forklift-it's about teamwork, precision, and occasionally rolling up your sleeves for some hands-on work!Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:30amWhat You'll Do: Safely operate powered industrial forklifts to move materials throughout the distribution center Load and unload trailers per customer specifications Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage Utilize RF scanners and maintain accurate paperwork Build mixed pallets and prepare shipments (wrapping, banding, etc.) Perform occasional manual labor and case picking Maintain equipment and adhere to strict safety standardsWhat We're Looking For: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong communication and basic math skills Self-starter who works well independently Experience with RF equipment preferred High School Diploma or GED preferredPhysical Requirements: Physical Labor Work in varying temperatures (hot/cold) Comfortable with indoor/outdoor tasks and moderate noise levelsWhy Join Us?
