Our Lewistown site combines precision manufacturing, cleanroom operations, and structured logistics in a modern, growing production environment.We are building a small, skilled, reliable team and are looking for hands-on people who take pride in quality work.Position SummaryAs an Operations Technician, you will support daily operations across warehouse/logistics and cleanroom production areas. This is a hands-on shop-floor role involving material handling, preparation, packaging, and cleanroom work according to defined procedures.This position is ideal for someone who likes structured work, technical environments, and learning new skills. No prior cleanroom experience is required-we provide full training.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & WarehouseReceive, label, store, and issue materials and componentsPick, prepare, and package parts for internal production and customer shipmentMaintain inventory accuracy and basic traceability recordsKeep warehouse and logistics areas clean, organized, and safeCleanroom & Production SupportPerform work in cleanroom environments following gowning and contamination-control rulesHandle high-purity components with care and attention to detailSupport cleaning, inspection, packaging, and preparation steps per work instructionsDocument completed work according to quality requirementsGeneral Shop-Floor DutiesFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety rulesSupport continuous improvement in cleanliness, organization, and flowWork closely with supervisors and teammates in a small production teamRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentWillingness to learn and follow detailed instructionsReliable, punctual, and safety-consciousComfortable with hands-on physical work (standing, lifting, repetitive tasks)Basic computer or paperwork skillsNo formal technical certification required.
