The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing foreclosure-related tasks to ensure timely and compliant processing of both judicial and non-judicial foreclosure actions across multiple partner states. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.In This Role, You Will:Process and review foreclosure files, including claims, documentation, and lien releasesCommunicate with attorneys, paralegals, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processingProcess claims, ensuring documentation is accurate and completeEnsure compliance with all regulationsProvide initial quality control review for document execution of financial foreclosure documentsCalculate and prepare foreclosure judgement figures and state required documentsOther job duties as assignedAt our organization, we are dedicated to improving lives and strengthening Idaho communities.
