Aspen Contracting is looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the center of the action-planning company events, coordinating trade shows, and helping us share our brand with the world. This is a full-time, salaried position based at our corporate headquarters in Lee's Summit, MO.The Marketing & Events Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating internal and external company events and trade shows, assisting with content planning and content creation, managing inventory and orders, and reporting directly to the Marketing Director. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a team-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate is outgoing, values connections and networking, and is comfortable taking the lead on projects while remaining adaptable to changing needs. A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Marketing Director in day-to-day operations and overall departmental support.Create and manage the monthly content calendar, including coordination of content planning and creation. Order promotional items, manage marketing inventory, process receipts, and handle invoicing for department purchases. Schedule, organize, and coordinate all internal and external company events, including home shows, trade shows, and company gatherings.Support the planning and execution of corporate programs, including Aspen's Covers 4 Others Free Roof Program. Oversee event logistics such as materials, vendor coordination, staffing needs, promotional items, and event setup/breakdown.Assist with arranging travel for events and staff, including airline, hotel, and rental car bookings. Adapt to seasonal event demands and handle additional responsibilities as assigned by the Marketing Director.
