Project ManagerThe Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and successful delivery of complex projects on time, within budget, and within defined scope. This role leads execution from order intake through final delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, supply chain, and customer stakeholders. The Project Manager sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors progress, and provides clear visibility into project performance and risks.This role supports projects involving advanced power electronics and energy infrastructure solutions that enable reliable, efficient power delivery for mission-critical environments such as data centers, industrial systems, and smart infrastructure. Success in this position requires strong cross-functional coordination, disciplined execution, and the ability to manage technical and operational complexity while maintaining a customer-centric focus.General ResponsibilitiesMeet with customers to gather detailed project requirements and clarify technical, commercial, and delivery expectationsDefine project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, training, and status reportingEnsure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetEnsure resource availability and effective utilization across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functionsTrack project performance against short- and long-term goals, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvementMake informed adjustments to project constraints based on schedule, cost, and financial analysisCommunicate project schedules, milestones, and status updates regularly to internal teams and external stakeholdersEscalate issues and risks to management as appropriate, with clear mitigation plansManage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and satisfactionPerform proactive risk management to minimize project, technical, and delivery risksExperience / QualificationsBachelor's degree required (or equivalent relevant professional experience)Proven ability to operate as a team player in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing prioritiesStrong written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsExcellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills with a results-oriented mindsetDemonstrated personal and professional integrity with strong accountability for outcomesProficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across all levels of the organization, including customers, suppliers, and external partnersRole SummaryThis is an individual contributor role responsible for executing complex, customer-facing programs involving engineered power and energy solutions.
