We are in search of a proficient Contract Representative to join our dedicated team in Cambridge. This hybrid position requires an individual with an active Secret security clearance, who can adeptly manage a broad spectrum of sophisticated contracts. The chosen candidate will be integral in overseeing comprehensive contract management, ensuring adherence to regulations, and nurturing essential partnerships with external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire lifecycle of various contractual agreements, such as BOA, IDIQ, OTA, R&D, EMD, and Production contracts. Act as the main point of contact for client communications, guiding contracting actions throughout the business acquisition process. Work closely with capture and proposal teams to formulate and implement negotiation strategies that meet corporate goals. Ensure compliance with the Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act and supervise cross-functional compliance initiatives. Conduct detailed reviews of terms and conditions to establish contract baselines and facilitate contract integration within business systems. Promote effective change management practices, including timely notifications and approval workflows. Interpret contract requirements, assist in resolving disputes, and perform contract closeout activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required; an advanced degree is preferred and may substitute for two years of experience. 5-10 years of experience in the Government Contracting sector, with a preference for experience in national security or aerospace and defense. Strong proficiency in FAR/DFARS and a comprehensive understanding of government contract types and vehicles. Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate within a team environment. Experience in mentoring junior team members and leading training programs. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and adaptable to different systems.
