Job Details Are you ready to be part of a fast-paced production environment in Mayflower, AR? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our client's team as Production Associates. This position offers a starting pay rate of $12.25 per hour and provides an opportunity to contribute to the production process. Key Responsibilities Monitor lids being produced to ensure quality and consistency. Stand at the end of the production line and efficiently scoop lids into boxes. Weigh each box to verify the correct count of lids. Seal boxes securely with tape to prepare them for shipment. Label boxes accurately and appropriately according to product specifications. Stack finished boxes onto pallets in an organized manner. Perform housekeeping tasks as needed during slow periods to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the production area. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail. Physical stamina and endurance to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Strong organizational skills to maintain efficiency in packaging and labeling processes. Willingness to perform housekeeping duties as needed to support overall production operations. Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
