We're selecting one Operations intern who will work hands-on with our Operations and Supply Chain teams. Start Date: June 8, 2026Location: Rock Hill, MO, Facility, Office, and Proper Cannabis Retail locations as neededSchedule: Days and hours will vary by location - primarily 8 am - 4 pm Monday - FridayPay: $15/hourThe Operations Intern will gain exposure to regulated cannabis inventory management, compliance standards, and functional operational workflows and planning. The intern will gain practical experience by learning state tracking systems, reporting structures, and inventory platforms while developing an understanding of how operational excellence impacts compliance, sales, and decision-making. Learning Objectives:By the end of the internship, the intern will gain experience in:Support data entry and verification of inventory transactions in compliance with state regulations; Exposure to METRC; Help ensure proper labeling and documentation of all products; Assist in maintaining accurate digital and physical inventory records; Support creation and organization of packaged inventory reports; Help prepare documentation for internal reporting and executive review; Assist with Sales Platform (Apex) inventory management and product upkeep; Support cross-development coordination with Post Harvest, Sales, Retail, and Production Teams;Required Experience, Education, and Skills:GPA of 3.0 or higher, all majors considered;Strong communication skills;Exceptional organization skills;Genuine interest and passion for the cannabis industry;Strong analytical and technical skills;Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;Creative and innovative approach to solving problems and resolving issues;Must be 21 years of age or older to apply;Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the Missouri cannabis industry;Environment: The environment of the internship is a smoke-free facility. The environment may increase exposure to plant allergens as live plants are present throughout the facility as a part of our cultivation operations. This position requires the ability to reach, bend, stoop, sit, stand, climb stairs and ladders, walk on uneven terrain, manage personal exposure to air contaminants, and carry and lift equipment to 25 lbs. The work environment is an environmentally controlled warehouse.
