This position is responsible for the daily care, enhancement, and preservation of all outdoor landscapes, ensuring an exceptional environment for members and guests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in horticulture and grounds maintenance, and committed to delivering high-quality results.Job Tasks/DutiesPrevious professional landscaping or groundskeeping experience required; country club, resort, or golf environment preferredStrong knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and landscape maintenance techniquesAbility to safely operate landscaping tools and machineryUnderstanding of irrigation systems and basic repairsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanshipReliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a teamAbility to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasksPhysical Requirement and Work EnvironmentRegularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; extreme cold; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock; and vibration.
