This position ensures passengers are transported safely and comfortably throughout the airport while upholding HuntleighUSA's high standards of service, safety, and professionalism.Passenger Services Agents play an important role in supporting travelers by providing assistance, guidance, and care throughout their airport experience.Key Responsibilities Safely transport passengers to and from airport locations while maintaining awareness of surroundings and potential hazards Provide wheelchair and aisle chair assistance for departing and arriving passengers Assist passengers with luggage handling while ensuring their comfort and safety Provide assistance to passengers with visual or hearing impairments Escort passengers to gates, restrooms, restaurants, or animal relief areas as needed Communicate and coordinate effectively with gate agents, dispatchers, and airport staff Complete required reports and maintain accurate wheelchair usage logs Follow all TSA, airport, airline, and HuntleighUSA safety and operational procedures Provide professional and courteous customer service to passengers, airline representatives, and team membersQualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airport operations is a plus Strong communication skills with a professional and positive attitude Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English Must pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings Reliable transportation to and from workPhysical Requirements Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsWork EnvironmentThis position operates in a fast-paced airport environment with daily interaction with passengers, airline personnel, and airport staff.
