If you enjoy staying organized, working independently, and being a vital part of a hardworking team, this position is an excellent fit. You'll work closely with the Facilities Director and facility team to keep projects moving efficiently and safely.What You'll DoIn this hands-on, fast-paced role, you will:Travel to vendors and supply stores to pick up essential materialsTrack and monitor material status for multiple projectsCoordinate incoming freight and small deliveriesMaintain accurate records and manage purchase ordersHelp monitor budgets and ensure purchases stay on trackBuild strong relationships with vendors and source new inventory solutionsAnalyze and replenish inventory levelsSupport planning for projects and process improvementsEnsure all equipment, tools, and materials are ready for upcoming workCommunicate progress and needs with team members and leadershipReceive shipments and operate a forklift to store inventoryFollow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environmentCollaborate with Leads and co-workers to meet facility needsAssist with R&D projects and perform other duties as neededWhat We're Looking ForCandidates must be 21 years of age or older and have:Education & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredExperience in maintenance, construction, or general labor preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to walk, sit, stand for long periods, reach, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbsAbility to climb, talk, hear, and occasionally crawlClear vision at 20+ feet and ability to differentiate colorsSkills & AbilitiesAdaptability in a dynamic work environmentStrong attention to detail and analytical thinkingBasic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Internet; BiotrackTHC experience a plus)Dependable, efficient, and able to follow instructionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong math skills and solid judgmentAbility to identify problems early and offer solutionsCommitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvementWork EnvironmentYou'll be part of an active facility environment where you may experience:Moderate to loud noise levelsOccasional exposure to workplace hazardsDust, fumes, or vaporsPossible exposure to certain chemicalsWhy You'll Love Working HereThis role offers variety, independence, and the chance to directly support operations every day.
