Taylor Hospitality is hiring a Full-Time Housekeeping / Room Attendant to join our team at the newly renovated Tygart Hotel in downtown Elkins, WV. Compensation: Starting pay of $12.50 per hourWhat You'll Be Doing:As a Housekeeping / Room Attendant, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive guest experience. You'll be responsible for:Cleaning and restocking guest rooms to brand standardsMaking beds, replacing linens, and sanitizing bathroomsDusting, vacuuming, and maintaining cleanliness throughout rooms and hallwaysReporting any maintenance issues, damages, or lost itemsResponding to guest requests and ensuring high satisfactionRestocking your housekeeping cart and assisting with inventoriesCollaborating with the housekeeping supervisor and team to meet daily goalsWhat We're Looking For:Experience: No formal education required. Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required-we're happy to train the right person!Skills: Attention to detail, reliability, and time management. Must be able to meet room-cleaning quotas and follow safety protocols.Communication: Basic English skills to read instructions and communicate with team members and guests.Able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 lbs.Comfortable bending, kneeling, standing, and moving for extended periodsAbility to use cleaning chemicals safely (training provided)Must wear assigned uniform and name tag during shiftsWhy Join Us?At Taylor Hospitality, we value teamwork, respect, and dedication.
