National Project Manager - Structured CablingLocation: Superior Communication Services, Framingham, MACompensation: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00We want to make sure we're competitive for the right leader. Superior Communication Services is seeking a National Project Manager to spearhead our low-voltage and structured cabling initiatives across the country.This isn't just about managing schedules; it's about owning the lifecycle of sophisticated infrastructure projects from Data Centers to National Retail Rollouts. As we continue to grow our national footprint, we are looking for leaders who share our passion for excellence and our commitment to delivering inspired results for our clients.Responsibilities:Plan, implement, and manage projects within budgets and to meet or exceed Superior and client expectationsDetermine project schedules and adapt our project schedules to client's scheduleIdentify, negotiate, and manage contractors and vendor partnersManage onsite techniciansPurchase material/provide purchasing instructions to coordinatorsProvide regular status reports including: material purchases, labor utilization, % complete, and 3-week forecastDevelop reports as neededEstimate, negotiate, and implement change orders with customers' approvalsTrack and verify all deliverables are of quality standards and are delivered in a professional and timely manner.Adhere to all laws, company policies, and OSHA standards.Increase job knowledge as industry changes by attending industry training and reading professional publicationsRepresent the company in a professional manner at meetings, site visits, and eventsRequirementsOSHA 30Understanding of all stages of project managementStrong technical skills and knowledge of voice, data, and video structured cabling systemsWorking knowledge of TIA and BICSI StandardsBudget managementLabor and material negotiation skills.Quality control managementSchedulingStrong knowledge of manufacturers and products including Commscope, Panduit, Belden, Corning, and LegrandHigh School Diploma or equivalentKnowledge of building codesAbility to read building drawings and line drawings.Project Management CertificationsManufacturer or Industry trainings such as CommScope, Panduit, BICSIAbility to lift 50lbsMust maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportationKnowledge of low voltage and structured cabling industryBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time off
