This is a hands-on position in a fast-growing solar company with opportunities for advancement. Key Responsibilities:Safely install and wire residential solar PV systemsAssemble all electrical components of solar installationsDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in PV systemsEnsure installations meet NEC, OSHA, AHJ, and utility requirementsPerform conduit bending (EMT) and attic conduit runsUpload job status updates and photos to company databaseProvide excellent customer service throughout the installation processMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCommunicate effectively with the Crew Lead and team membersDocument work through photos and completion reportsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsEducation & Certifications: High school diploma or GED requiredValid electrician license preferredExperience: Minimum 3 years of electrical installation and repair experienceSolar installation experience highly preferredSkills & Abilities: Strong knowledge of current NEC codesAbility to read and interpret single- and three-line drawingsProficient with hand and power tools used in electrical workExperience replacing residential electrical services and distribution panelsStrong problem-solving and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage work efficiently and meet deadlinesPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout the workdayComfortable standing, climbing, kneeling, and working at heightsManual dexterity and visual acuity for detailed electrical workAbility to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environmentsHigh Priority Equal Opportunity Employer:Freedom Forever is an equal opportunity employer.
