Members of our CAP staff commit to our core values of faith, service, and compassion.Summary:Provides home visits, transports or occasional In-home respites for individuals who may be developmentally, physically and/or mentally challenged. Hours of service depend on the needs of the participant. Provides support for the coordinator, including assistance with Elderly Home Repair paperwork as time allows.Essential Job Functions: Prioritize participants needs to provide home visits, transports or occasional In-home respites as scheduled. 45% Provides personalized care for participants enrolled in Elderly Services. 30% Submits completed paperwork and assists with the planning & preparation of program special events.
