HumanResources Administrative Assistant - Budgeting & Financial Data ManagementWe are seeking a detail-oriented,team-focused Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support both HumanResources administration and budgeting/financial data management.This position is intentionally structured with two primary focus areas: HRsupport and Excel-based budgeting and financial tracking. The ideal candidatebrings strong communication skills, advanced Excel expertise, and an adaptablemindset, and enjoys contributing across a variety of responsibilities ratherthan performing repetitive tasks.Hourly Position - Full time Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:• Maintain HR information systems,employee records, and digital files with accuracy, confidentiality, anddiscretion• Support the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and onboarding processes• Assist with HR initiatives, projects, and departmental priorities• Provide professional, customer-focused support to employees and new hires• Prepare employment offer letters and assist with hiring communications• Post job openings, update recruiting platforms, and help refine jobdescriptions• Support payroll and benefits administration• Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing,correspondence, and document organizationBudgeting & Financial / Excel:• Assist in preparing department andcompanywide budgets by compiling data, entering figures, and maintainingaccurate spreadsheets• Reconcile financial data, verify accuracy, and support budget adjustments asneeded• Support forecasting by organizing and updating financial information anddepartmental input• Maintain organized financial documentation and reports to support leadershipplanning and decision-makingRequired Skills & Qualifications:• Excellent interpersonal, verbal,and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including budgeting, financialreporting, reconciliation, and data accuracy• Strong general computer skills, including Microsoft Word and office systems• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability• Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism• Dependable, adaptable team player able to manage multiple prioritieseffectively• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred• Previous experience in Human Resources, accounting/finance support, oradministrative support preferred• Eagerness to learn and willingness to support a variety of responsibilitiesBenefits:• Medical, Vision, Dental,Disability, Life, Critical Illness, and Accident insurance• Paid vacation and bereavement • 401(k) with company matchMyrtle Beach Seaside Resorts believes thatemployees are our strength, vendors are our standard, homeowners are ourprospect, and customers are our focus.
