Are you an experienced and capable Account Director, with a deep knowledge of social media and digital campaigns? Have you built trusted long-term client relationships through your career? Here at Digital Voices, we are looking for an Account Director to join our rapid-growing team. We want someone to help the team create tailored Influencer Marketing campaigns that partner brands with content creators. We source the best creators for every global campaign using data and work closely with clients on a long-term basis.Purpose of the RoleThe Account Director is the senior client partner responsible for driving commercial growth and deepening strategic relationships. This role is deeply client-facing, with a strong emphasis on client retention, relationship stability, and ensuring Digital Voices remains an indispensable global partner year after year.Alongside retention, the Account Director drives commercial growth by identifying opportunities, shaping new workstreams, and guiding clients toward solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Acting as both strategic advisor and commercial leader, the Account Director ensures Digital Voices consistently meets, and exceeds, client expectations across global markets.The Account Director champions the client's business within the Digital Voices and Digital Voices value within the client organisation.
