If you're ready to bring your skills to a new opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities: Fit, tack, and weld steel parts to create finished sub-assemblies, following blueprints using FCAW & GMAW.Perform welding on steel ranging from thin gauge material to 1" plate.Prepare weld joints by cleaning and setting up surfaces, adjusting machine parameters, and selecting proper welding techniques for each project.Produce high-quality, visually acceptable welds that meet all inspection and quality standards.Safely use and maintain welding equipment, and follow safety rules for overhead cranes, forklifts and other machinery.Complete other tasks as neededShift: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM Monday-Thursday (Shift Differential applies)Employee BenefitsWeekly paycheckMedical, Dental and Vision InsurancePaid time off and holidays401K retirement account with 5% company match Annual boot reimbursements up to $125On the spot bonuses up to $100 Weld Helmet reimbursement up to $150 every 4 yearsQualificationsAbility to weld in all positions, flat, horizontal, vertical, and overheadProficient in blueprint reading and interpretationRead 1/8" and 1/16" gradations on tape measureExperience with grinders, handheld plasma torch, oxyacetylene torch, and other related handtools Capable of welding to 3G certification (AWS D1.1)Comfortable working with computer-based drawings and schematicsPreferred 5+ years of fitting experienceTraits of Our Successful EmployeesEmbrace Core Values: Serving Others, High Integrity, Strong Work Ethic, Culture of Opportunity & Long-Term RelationshipsAttention to detailExhibition of good communication skills when working with fellow employeesWillingness to help out where neededLocation: 3330 E 23rd Street, Columbus, NE 68601
