Job Title

SUMMARY: Responsible for mechanical assembly and mounting of electrical equipment. Use instructions, drawings, layouts, BOMS and wiring diagrams to perform work. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports • Accurately follow layout dimensioning and specifications when applicable • Physical mounting of components with appropriate hardware • Complete other duties, as assigned by the supervisor SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: • This job has no supervisory responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or 1-3 years wiring experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, be proactive and possess strong communication skills both written and verbal • Must be able to work well in a team environment • Must be able to read, write and follow instructions • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills • Excellent time management and organizational skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Continually required to stand, walk, squat, bend, read, talk and hear • Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity • Required to climb ladder or step stool Our Commitment to Fair Hiring: HireQuest does not discriminate on the basis of Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or other legally protected group status in making hiring or employment decisions.
