In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive quality management systems that ensure organizational compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. You will work collaboratively across departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization.Design, develop, and implement quality management systems aligned with relevant industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, or equivalent)Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with established quality procedures and regulatory requirementsAnalyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvementDevelop and execute corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans to address quality issues and prevent recurrenceCreate and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and process mapsPerform failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate potential quality risksCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and operational efficienciesProvide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures, standards, and best practicesMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality metrics and system effectivenessStay current with regulatory changes and industry standards to ensure ongoing organizational complianceSupport management reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall system performanceQualifications3+ years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, or quality control rolesDemonstrated expertise in quality management system standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, or similar)Strong proficiency in root cause analysis methodologies and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processesExperience with audit procedures, compliance documentation, and regulatory requirementsSolid understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or KaizenProficiency with data analysis tools and statistical software for quality metrics evaluationExperience with failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and risk management frameworksFamiliarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or manufacturing execution systems (MES)Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to create clear, comprehensive documentationStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levelsPreferred: Certification in quality management (ASQ CQE, CQA, or equivalent)Preferred: Certification ISO 9001:2015 (Lead Auditor)Preferred: Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical devices, or pharmaceuticalsAdditional Information Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
