Descriptions: Provide mapping and data services to support Client Forestry operations.Collect, manage, and maintain operational data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.Develop business processes, mapping applications, and tools that enhance forestry work management.Collaborate with Forestry and Apps & Analytics to design and implement a new work management solution.Support existing software platforms during the transition period, ensuring continuity of operations.Evaluate current technology solutions and develop a transition plan to move from legacy systems to new platforms.Implement both the transition plan and long-term sustainment plan for new technology solutions.Serve as a cross-functional subject matter expert, troubleshooting complex technical issues and integrating data across systems.Create and maintain reports, queries, and data integrations that support operational decision-making.Other tasks as required.Assist in scoping, developing, and implementing new technology solutions.Support transition planning and retirement of legacy systems.Work on end-to-end mapping of power lines, including address-level data tracking.Ensure data integrity, flow, and storage accuracy across systems.Collaborate with field teams collecting data (door-to-door planners using GIS tools).Troubleshoot and support GIS and data-related technical issues.Contribute to process improvement and workflow automation initiatives.
