Assembly Associate-Temp to HireJob Title: Assembly AssociateLocation: Columbus, OHPay: $19.50/hourSchedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMOvertime: Optional (2-3 hours/week)Job OverviewWe are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join a growing production team. This is a hands-on role working with materials such as wood, foam, and vinyl, where team members are cross trained across multiple tasks.Key Responsibilities Assemble products following shop orders and specifications Use power tools such as staple guns, nail guns, saws, and routers Perform general assembly of wood, foam, and vinyl components Read and use a tape measure accurately Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met Pull, package, and prepare materials for shipping Track inventory and notify leadership of low materials Maintain a clean and safe work environment Support team members and assist across departments as needed Requirements Ability to read, write, and speak English Comfortable using power tools (or willingness to learn) Ability to read a tape measure accurately Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Steel toe shoes required Ability to stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Experience Assembly or production experience Work Environment Hands-on, physical role Exposure to materials such as wood and steel (can get dirty) Repetitive tasks with rotation between duties Why Apply?
