Registered Nurse All Ways Caring Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect care to clients in the comfort of their home environment. The nurse supervises and directs the efforts of the Caregiver when involved in the client's plan of care. Based on state regulations, nurses may perform administrative and/or field/clinical responsibilities. Responsibilities include: Providing skilled nursing care/treatment to clients per Physicians Orders and Plan of Care Documenting nursing actions of all care given to individuals and informing physicians and family accordingly Administering and monitoring medication and management as prescribed by physician Conducting nursing assessment visit as needed Following policies and procedures according to operation, state and regulatory standards Completing supervisory visits based on compliance and regulations to include review of plan of care, caregiver competency assessment, and completion of required documentation Implementing nursing support for individuals in a home setting Working with Director or Nursing/Nurse Supervisor and/or Branch Manager to address the health needs of individuals Participating in staff meetings, in-services and other meetings as needed Ensuring compliance with physician's verbal orders and medical reports Qualifications include: Degree in Nursing from an accredited school One or more years of nursing experience preferred Current and unrestricted license in the state of the operation CPR professional certification Excellent communication skills with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company Capable of working independently with highly confidential information Salary Range: USD $30.00 - $34.00 / Hour
