Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to support our preconstruction and estimating team. This role will assist in developing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity takeoffs, and supporting the preparation of competitive bid packages for construction projects. Responsibilities Review plans, specifications, and project documents to prepare cost estimates Perform quantity takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment Assist with bid preparation and submission Support preconstruction activities including document control and material research Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project teams Participate in training, site walks, and continuous improvement of estimating processes Qualifications 3-10 years of construction estimating experience Experience with estimating software such as Bluebeam, Accubid, Sage, and Excel Strong understanding of construction methods and materials Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Industrial construction experience preferred This is a great opportunity for an estimator looking to grow within a collaborative construction team and contribute to successful project delivery.All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
