(Warwick Corporate)Position OverviewAs a Full-Time Night Auditor, you will be a key member of the Front Office team responsible for overnight front desk operations, financial reconciliation, and delivering excellent guest service during overnight hours. You'll serve as a primary contact for guests arriving or departing late and help ensure the hotel's nightly accounts are accurately balanced.**Weekends will be required**Schedule: 11pm - 7am. These shifts will be 9am - 5pm.Key ResponsibilitiesNight Audit & Financial DutiesPerform nightly financial audit and reconciliation of daily transactions across hotel departments (rooms, food & beverage, incidentals).Run the night audit process in the property management system (PMS), ensuring accuracy and readiness for the next business day.Balance cash drawer, verify credit transactions, prepare revenue and occupancy reports.Follow a detailed checklist that involves cleaning, property walks, and reporting all Safety & Security issues found immediately to management.Make deliveries of guest items to the rooms, while ensuring someone is always at the Front Office to keep things secure.Respond to guest reviews, requests, and any late night emails that arrive during your shift.Cleaning may involve public restrooms, restocking them with paper towels, hand soap, and floor maintenance.Ensure guest's First and Last Impression of our hotel is always at its best. (Lobby looks clean, smells good, lighting is good, etc...)Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve guest requests or issues with professionalism and hospitality.Input reservations and guest information accurately into the PMS as needed.Maintain user knowledge of available rooms, rates, promotions, and local amenity information to assist guests.Communicate relevant information from previous shifts to coworkers, supervisor, and management.Uphold hotel safety, security, and confidentiality standards throughout the shift.Preferred Experience & SkillsRequiredPrevious customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or hotel front desk operations.Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning hotel property management systems.Perfect attendance as your ability to show up to work as scheduled will be vital to the success of your career.Must be able to stay up all night and understand this will always require you to be alert at all times.PreferredExperience using Opera PMS (Opera Property Management System) or similar hotel software (preferred but not required).Night audit and cash handling experience.Ability to work independently during overnight hours.Physical & Work ConditionsOvernight shift work, including weekends and holidays as needed.Ability to remain on feet and at the front desk station for extended periods during peak arrival/departure times.
