Atrium is seeking on behalf of our client a Receptionist based in Palm Beach Gardens. A background check may be run only after a conditional offer is made, where permitted by law. Position: Receptionist Location: Palm Beach Gardens Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: $18–$20 an hour Position Overview The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, handling communications, and providing administrative support to attorneys and staff. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized and presentable Schedule appointments and coordinate conference room bookings Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation Support attorneys and staff with ad hoc tasks as needed Required Experience/Skills Minimum of 1 year of customer service-related experience Professional appearance and demeanor required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Competency in performing multiple functional tasks Ability to meet employer's attendance policy Proficiency in Windows environment and PC skills Preferred Experience/Skills Minimum of 2 years of legal reception/front desk experience Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with scheduling and office management software Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree or coursework in business administration preferred Additional training in office administration or customer service is a plus Continuing education in legal office procedures is advantageous Benefits If eligible under the ACA, medical, dental and vision benefits and time off in accordance with local paid sick time laws will be offered.
