International Sales Support Specialist The International Sales Support Specialist is part of the International Sales Operations team, supporting global sales activities within the Vocational segment, primarily Oshkosh Airport Products and Pierce Manufacturing. This role works closely with Sales and cross-functional partners to coordinate quotes, manage orders, and help ensure successful execution of international business. This position is well-suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building experience in sales operations, project coordination, or international business. Duties & Responsibilities * Prepare and coordinate customer and dealer quotations and support bid development for international opportunities * Manage orders from initial receipt through delivery and revenue recognition * Identify risks within quotes and orders and work with internal teams to address them * Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, and Finance to support timely and accurate execution * Communicate with internal stakeholders and international customers regarding order status, requirements, pricing, and scheduling * Support and host customer visits, factory tours, and product inspections as needed * Compile and analyze data to support reporting for leadership and internal teams * Assist with forecasting, scheduling, and other operational activities * Occasional travel may be required * Occasional evening and weekend work may be required due to international nature of work responsibilities * Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, or a related field * 1-3 years of relevant experience (including internships, co-ops, or early career roles in sales, operations, or project coordination) Preferred Qualifications * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams * Project management experiace * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Interest in international business or global markets, or foreign language proficiency * Exposure to quoting, contracts, or customer-facing roles is a plus * OSK1917 #LI-BB1 Pay Range: $57,600.00 - $90,400.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
