Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker for an exciting Travel Allied job in Baltimore, MD. Shift: 5x8 hr days Start Date: 04/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Pay: $2350 / Week This is not a "case management" position but rather an inpatient therapist position. Performing psychosocial, assessments, collecting collateral information, collaborating with the provider on diagnostic impression and treatment plan, contributing in daily treatment IMOC rounds and afternoon 3pm huddle, providing individual therapy, leading group therapy and having family meetings. The therapists collaborates with the discharge coordinators on follow up care and discharge disposition planning.
